Job Description
Moon Star Kitchen and Bar is an elevated cocktail bar that also focuses on wine, whiskey and shareable dishes. With a curated cocktail program and a menu of refined small plates, we aim to provide exceptional service and memorable guest experiences. Now hiring bartenders for a high-volume cocktail bar with a strong focus on craft cocktails, guest experience, and team culture. We're looking for experienced passionate bartenders who: Have strong cocktail and spirits knowledge Experience is a cocktail bar or fine dining restaurant Can handle high-volume service while staying organized and composed Deliver genuine hospitality and create memorable guest experiences Work well as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure Take pride in cleanliness, professionalism, and attention to detail What you'll be doing: Preparing classic and numerous specialty cocktails with consistency Providing attentive, engaging service to guests at the bar and on the floor Maintaining a clean, stocked, and organized bar Assisting with opening, closing, batching, prep, and side work Helping create an energetic, welcoming atmosphere
