Job Description
Calling all bartenders! Desert Hawk is an elevated neighborhood bar that brings the 'California Desert' to Wicker Park. The food menu features smash burgers, and the beverage menu focuses on 5-6 step cocktails delivered with speed and efficiency. Labor is lean so applicants should have experience and be comfortable working in fast-paced nightlife environments. Product knowledge of agave spirits is preferred but not required. 2-3 shifts a week is ideal.
