This position will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your ability to quickly build a rapport with customers will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and standards. Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment. Handle transactions accurately using the POS system while adhering to cash handling procedures. Ensure adherence to food safety standards. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Collaborate with co-workers to provide seamless service during busy periods. Uphold all health and safety regulations. Skills Proven experience in a bartending or serving role within the restaurant or food industry. Familiarity with POS and reservation systems is a plus. Strong hospitality skills with an emphasis on excellent customer service. Knowledge of food safety practices. Proficient in cash handling procedures. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
