In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service to guests while preparing and serving food and beverages with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient processing Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems and perform cashiering duties with integrity Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards Assist with food handling and serving duties at tables or bar stations, ensuring timely delivery of orders Manage multiple tables or bar patrons efficiently through effective time management skills while providing excellent customer service Requirements Proven experience as a server or bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting; fine dining experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; previous cash handling experience required Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing retail math calculations Experience in catering or food industry roles is preferred; retail math knowledge is advantageous Excellent communication skills; ability to work well within a team environment in hospitality settings Join us to bring energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional service to every guest!
