Job Description
Big Daddy's Edwardsville is looking for a full-time, year-round Barback/Cook. This job consists of nightly dinner rush line cooking, weekly cleaning and upkeep. You will work daily with our seasoned staff who will help you learn our menu, our cleaning schedule, and how to properly close kitchen. Barback duties include stocking beer & ice, trash, ice, assisting bartenders. Typical work week will be an average of 25-30 hours a week depending on availability. Nights and weekends are a must for this job!! Compensation will be based on experience and certifications. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year bar/restaurant/hospitality experience along with someone who has a strong work ethic. Competitive hourly pay plus tips to start with a large tip potential. This job does come with perks such as but not limited to tips, employee food discounts, and some provided work attire. This is a tipped job, with the starting wage at $15+/hour with an average of $10-15/hour in tips!! This is a great paying job!! Only serious applicants need to apply.
