You should have:
A positive attitude and strong sense of hospitality Excellent communication and guest engagement skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous bartending experience preferred What You'll Do Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests Provide exceptional service while building guest relationships Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests Verify guest age and follow all liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines Process orders accurately through the POS system Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay plus tips Direct deposit 401(k) Medical, dental, and vision insurance (with employer contribution) Mental health and financial wellness benefits Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee discount programs 15% dining discount at all Cloud Nine Hospitality Group locations Paid training Paid time off (eligible positions)
