No theatrics. Just good drinks, warm hospitality, and a team that knows its stuff. The Role We're looking for an experienced, professional bartender who's as comfortable in the dining room as behind the bar. You know your product, you share that knowledge naturally, and you take pride in the consistency of your work — shift after shift. What You'll Do Deliver warm, efficient hospitality to bar and dining room guests Own deep knowledge of our full beverage and food program — and actively share it with guests and staff Execute cocktails, batching, and prep with precision and consistency Step into a floor leadership role when management isn't present Uphold Illinois liquor laws and all health and sanitation standards Banquet and private event experience is a genuine plus here What We're Looking For 3+ years bartending in a full-service or upscale-casual environment A professional who leads with knowledge and warmth, not performance Team-first with the confidence to own the room when needed Flexible availability including weekends and holidays BASSET, Food Handler, and Allergen certifications within 30 days of hire Ability to stand full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally LM Restaurant Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
