Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of customer service. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for bills, tips, and payments with precision. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all areas including bar, dining space, and food handling stations. Provide personalized service in diverse settings such as fine dining restaurants, nightclubs, banquets, or catering events. Upsell menu items to increase sales while ensuring guests' preferences are met with professionalism. Assist with food service duties when needed, including serving dishes at tables or during special events like banquets or catering functions. Experience Proven restaurant or food industry experience with a focus on hospitality and customer service excellence. Prior experience working in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions smoothly. Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and basic math skills for cashiering and retail math calculations. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with local regulations; certifications related to alcohol service are a plus. Strong time management skills to juggle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours.
