Job Description:

Are you a mixology enthusiast with a flair for crafting the perfect cocktail? As a Bartender at Portofino, you will be the face of our bar, mixing classic Italian beverages, signature cocktails, and pouring from our curated wine selection. You will engage with our guests, ensure a welcoming atmosphere, and maintain a clean, efficient, and fully-stocked bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes. Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks with a friendly, professional attitude. Assess customers' needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations. Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Maintain a spotless and organized bar environment, complying with all food and beverage regulations. Process payments and operate the POS system accurately.

Qualifications:

Proven working experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting. Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. Puesto:

¿Eres un/a entusiasta de la coctelería con talento para crear el trago perfecto? Como Bartender en Portofino, serás el rostro de nuestro bar, mezclando bebidas italianas clásicas, cócteles de autor y sirviendo de nuestra cuidada selección de vinos. Interactuarás con nuestros clientes, garantizarás un ambiente acogedor y mantendrás el área del bar limpia, eficiente y completamente abastecida.

Responsabilidades Clave:

Preparar y servir bebidas alcohólicas y no alcohólicas siguiendo las recetas estándar. Interactuar con los clientes, tomar pedidos y servir bocadillos y bebidas con una actitud amable y profesional. Evaluar las necesidades y preferencias de los clientes, ofreciendo recomendaciones personalizadas. Verificar la identificación de los clientes y confirmar la edad legal para consumir alcohol. Reabastecer y reponer el inventario y los suministros del bar. Mantener el entorno del bar impecable y organizado, cumpliendo con todas las regulaciones de alimentos y bebidas. Procesar pagos y operar el sistema de punto de venta (POS) con precisión.

Requisitos:

Experiencia laboral comprobable como Bartender en un restaurante o bar con alto volumen de trabajo. Excelente conocimiento en la mezcla, decoración y servicio de bebidas. Personalidad positiva y carismática, con una fuerte mentalidad de trabajo en equipo. Capacidad para mantener el bar organizado, abastecido y limpio.
