Job Summary The Bartender will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while creating and serving a variety of beverages. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the bar's ambiance and cleanliness. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to recipes. Take beverage orders from guests and servers. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Manage cash and credit card transactions accurately. Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor guests' consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed to ensure responsible service. Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure efficient bar and dining operations. Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Any and all job duties as assigned.
