Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies efficiently while minimizing waste and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food handling and sanitation standards at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet, or nightclub functions to ensure seamless service delivery. Demonstrate excellent time management by balancing multiple orders during busy hours while delivering prompt service. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings; previous retail math or hospitality experience is highly valued. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events; nightclub or catering experience is a plus.
