Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Bartender or Server, where your energetic attitude and passion for hospitality will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. Your culinary knowledge, combined with your ability to upsell and engage guests, will contribute to a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Whether working in a fine dining setting or a bustling nightclub environment, you'll ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements, providing attentive guest services from arrival to departure Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and food safety Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately through cashiering procedures and basic math calculations Clear tables promptly by bussing and resetting for new guests, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and timely service in a fast-paced environment Requirements Prior restaurant experience with a strong background in food service, hospitality, or food industry roles Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly preferred Proven customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations effectively Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and billing purposes accurately Excellent communication skills with previous host/hostess or serving experience preferred Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
