BARTENDER RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Properly mix alcoholic beverages according to recipes and prudent portion control.
  • Ring all food and beverage items with 100% accuracy to ensure proper flow of service.
  • Follow steps of service to provide a quality guest dining experience.
  • Directly work with support staff to maintain operating par standards for glassware, garnishes, silverware.
  • Inspect glassware, silverware, and other bar items for cleanliness and appearance.
  • Issue receipts, accept payments, verify charges, and record charges in order to balance drawer.
  • Assist in cleaning, polishing and stocking glassware throughout the service.
  • Resolve complaints in regards to guest experience in positive and professional manner.
  • Positive team player with the ability to get larger tasks completed.
  • Follow health and safety procedures.
  • Work well in a team atmosphere and independently.
  • Self-motivated and friendly, able to work with a diverse team of people.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested e.g., special guest requests.
  • Must adhere to all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests to ensure all laws are being followed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Lift and move up to 10 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Safely and effectively use all necessary tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals
  • Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant which may include stairs, uneven, and/or slick surfaces
  • Ability to bear exposure to hot and cold environments
Compensation Details Compensation:
Hourly ($9.00) plus tips
