Bar Staff - Brothers Field (Long Grove, IL) Not your typical bar job. Brothers Field is an outdoor venue built around live music, private events, and a strong sense of community—and we're looking for bar staff who want to be part of that experience. From high-energy event nights to relaxed Saturdays, the pace changes—but the expectation stays the same: show up, work hard, and help create something people remember.

What You'll Do:

Set up and break down bar stations (coolers, ice, stocking, etc.) Serve drinks quickly and accurately in fast-paced environments Keep the bar clean, organized, and running efficiently Be part of the overall guest experience—not just behind the bar

What We're Looking For:

High energy and strong work ethic Team-first mentality (no job is beneath you) Ability to move with urgency during busy events Reliable weekend availability
