system. Bartenders must ensure efficient cash handling and sales transactions Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and recommend menu items to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards Manage inventory and deliveries with excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service for the bar and video gaming area Assist with food service when needed and prepping food area Handle cash register operations, perform basic math calculations for bills and tips, and reconcile daily sales accurately Requirements Proven experience as a bartender and/or Server with knowledge of POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and positively Demonstrated ability in food safety practices, food handling, and responsible alcohol service. We will pay for the Illinois Certified Food Manger certification. Experience working in the food industry is highly preferred Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during daytime shifts Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, retail math, and billing accuracy Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Full Time Daytime Bartender if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service with energy and professionalism.
