Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bartender Manager to lead our bar operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily bar service, manage a team of bartenders, and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a lively, hospitality-driven environment. Your expertise will drive sales, uphold food safety standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties Lead and supervise the bar team to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of food safety and beverage quality Manage daily operations including POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to ensure smooth transactions and accurate cash handling Oversee serving, food handling, and beverage preparation processes in compliance with health regulations and safety protocols Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and coordinate catering or banquet services to meet guest demands efficiently Train staff on POS systems, sales techniques, fine dining service standards, and responsible alcohol serving practices Maintain a lively yet professional environment by managing nightclub activities and ensuring adherence to licensing laws Handle cashiering duties, basic math calculations for sales reconciliation, and retail math for inventory management Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant or food service management with a focus on bar operations, including banquet experience or nightclub management Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with brewing processes is a plus Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently Experience in fine dining environments or catering settings demonstrating attention to detail and professionalism Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and sales reporting Previous experience managing a team in hospitality or retail settings is highly desirable Join us to lead a dynamic team committed to delivering memorable experiences!
