As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional beverage experiences for our guests while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks will be essential in providing top-notch service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including food offerings, specials, and drink pairings to provide informed recommendations to guests. Operate POS systems such as Toast POS for order processing and payment transactions. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while maintaining cleanliness in the bar area. Engage with customers, providing excellent customer service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Assist with banquet service and catering events as needed, demonstrating versatility in various service settings. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders. Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience. Requirements Previous bartending experience in a restaurant setting is preferred. Familiarity with Toast POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent sales skills to promote beverages and upsell menu items effectively. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential. Experience in fine dining, catering, or banquet service is advantageous. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. A passion for brewing and the food industry is highly desirable.
