Job Description

At Fat Rosie's Taco & Tequila Bar, we serve up bold flavors, high energy, and unforgettable vibes—every shift, every time. We're looking for outgoing, skilled Bartenders to bring our bar to life and deliver exceptional guest experiences rooted in hospitality, personality, and fun.
Compensation:
$11.00 +
Tips What You'll Do:
As a Bartender at Fat Rosie's, you'll be the face of the bar, welcoming guests, crafting drinks with care, and keeping the good energy flowing. You'll also: Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and speed Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all bar and restaurant guests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area before, during, and after service Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and alcohol service standards Uphold all local and state liquor laws, including ID checks and responsible service Monitor bar inventory and communicate low stock or product needs to leadership Assist in restocking and closing duties to ensure bar readiness for the next shift Collaborate with the front-of-house team to create seamless guest experiences Help create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members
What We're Looking For:
1+ year of bartending experience in a fast-paced, full-service environment Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar techniques High-energy, guest-first attitude with excellent communication skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods Commitment to responsible alcohol service and Fat Rosie's standards
Required Certifications:
