In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will help foster a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Whether mixing cocktails, serving food, or engaging with patrons, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient transaction processing Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and balancing registers at shift end Assist in food service when needed, including serving snacks or small plates during busy hours Monitor guest behavior responsibly and intervene when necessary to promote a safe environment in lively settings like nightclubs or banquet events Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within fast-paced environments such as restaurants, nightclubs, or banquet halls Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and payment processing Strong skills in time management and multitasking to handle busy service periods effectively Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing Previous experience working in fine dining settings or catering environments is highly desirable Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by hospitality operations Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a lively atmosphere!
