Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a welcoming environment Manage cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly Ensure compliance with food safety and food handling regulations during beverage preparation and serving Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices in accordance with alcohol service laws Collaborate with kitchen staff for food and beverage pairing, catering events, or banquet services as needed Handle basic math calculations for bills, tips, and inventory management using retail math principles Support night club or banquet operations by serving drinks efficiently during high-volume periods Uphold excellent customer service standards by addressing guest inquiries promptly and professionally Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is essential; fine dining or hospitality background is highly preferred Experience working in a nightclub or banquet environment is a plus Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is required Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Demonstrated ability to perform cashiering duties accurately using cash handling skills Experience in brewing or retail math enhances your ability to manage inventory and sales efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events Join us as a Bartender where your enthusiasm fuels memorable moments!
