The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service. Handle cash transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale technology. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food industry. Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and bartending techniques. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.
