Charles, IL $15/Hour + Tip Pool Part-Time / Nights & Weekends Required At Rec Haus, we're building more than just a bar — we're creating a social entertainment experience. From arcade games and shuffleboard to craft cocktails and private events, guest experience is at the center of everything we do. We're looking for energetic, hardworking team members to help keep our bar running smoothly during busy nights and events. What You'll Do Restock beer, liquor, wine, mixers, garnishes, cups, and ice throughout shifts Keep bar areas clean, organized, and fully stocked Change kegs and assist with beverage setup Support bartenders during high-volume service Bus glassware and maintain cleanliness of guest areas Assist with opening and closing duties Help receive and organize deliveries Maintain cleanliness standards in storage areas, coolers, and behind the bar Provide friendly and professional interactions with guests when needed Support private events, tournaments, and entertainment nights What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment Team-first mentality Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stay on your feet for extended periods Reliable nights and weekend availability Bar, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required Perks $15/hour + participation in tip pool Flexible scheduling Fun, high-energy work environment Opportunity for growth into bartender or leadership roles Employee discounts on food and beverages $40/Month Gym Membership Stipend About Rec Haus Rec Haus is a modern social entertainment venue in downtown St. Charles featuring arcade games, bocce ball, shuffleboard, craft cocktails, events, tournaments, and elevated bar food.
