Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing, billing, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking, adhering to all alcohol service laws and policies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate serving food during catering events or banquet functions. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without sacrificing quality or safety standards. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Previous experience working as bartender in the food industry with knowledge of mixed drinks proficiency is advantageous for managing transactions accurately. Experience with catering events or large-scale banquet service is a plus, demonstrating versatility in various hospitality settings. Ability to multitask effectively using excellent time management skills in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or busy restaurants.
