Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests. Bartenders will also be expected to be able to maintain that quality of service at tables while pouring and mixing a variety of beverages. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. (Bartenders only) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. (Bartenders only) Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service at all times. Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately and efficiently. Utilize POS systems for order taking and inventory management. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance guest experiences. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary. Qualifications Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. (Bartender only) Proficiency in using Toast systems is highly desirable. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and food preparation standards is an advantage. (Bartender only) Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the establishment.
