Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing bar operations, and creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Utilize Toast POS system for order processing and payment transactions. Engage with customers to provide a welcoming experience, taking orders, and offering recommendations based on preferences. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies; assist with ordering as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable in restaurant or catering settings. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages in various settings including nightclubs, fine dining, or banquet events. Experience Previous experience as a Bartender in the food service industry is preferred; experience in nightclubs or fine dining establishments is a plus. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems, particularly Aloha POS. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members alike. Knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine pairings, and beverage trends is advantageous.
