Responsibilities Take and accurately process orders using POS systems Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Provide attentive customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through excellent time management and organizational skills Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashing out guests and balancing registers at shift end Assist with catering events or banquet service when needed, ensuring all guest needs are met promptly and professionally Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining quality service Basic math skills for processing payments, giving correct change, and managing retail math calculations Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Experience with beverage preparation techniques such as brewing coffee or crafting cocktails is a plus Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
