This role is hands-on. You'll be on bar and on the floor, not behind a desk: opening and closing, dialing in, making drinks, working the rush, cleaning, and keeping the operation running smooth. What you'll do Open and close the store cleanly and securely Pull shots, build drinks, and hold the bar to a high standard Greet guests, know the menu, and make confident recommendations Maintain food-safety, cash-handling, and cleanliness standards Train and support FOH staff so service stays consistent shift to shift Manage inventory — ordering, counts, and catching problems before they reach the floor Help keep front-of-house operations efficient, and support events and process improvements What we're looking for 1+ year on bar or in a restaurant (not required if you're trainable) Calm and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment A strong communicator who works well with guests and staff Flexible availability and reliable transportation Inventory or food-management experience is a plus What you get Paid training Employee discount Flexible schedule
