Bartender/server

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/server to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take their drink orders promptly
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age and refuse service to intoxicated customers
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Enter orders into the POS system and process payments
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation
• Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions about the menu
• Upsell additional items such as appetizers or desserts to enhance the guest experience
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

TOAST POS

system for order processing and payment transactions

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required must be over 21 years old to apply
