This role requires strong technical bartending skills, attention to detail, and a hospitality-driven approach to service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and hospitable service to guests at the bar and throughout the dining area Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times Manage multiple orders efficiently during high-volume service periods Operate POS system accurately, handling cash and card transactions Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines Collaborate with kitchen and service team to ensure smooth and timely operations Stay informed on menu updates and actively contribute to upselling and guest engagement Requirements Previous bartending experience required, preferably in a high-volume environment Strong customer service skills with a hospitality-focused mindset Ability to work late nights and maintain performance during busy shifts High level of organization and commitment to cleanliness Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure Must be at least 21 years old Knowledge of standard drink recipes and bartending techniques Team-oriented with strong communication skills and reliability
