Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS system. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties, including processing payments swiftly and accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations and promoting safe drinking practices. Restock bar supplies promptly to ensure smooth service during busy hours. Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Uphold all food safety standards and sanitation procedures in accordance with health regulations. Utilize your knowledge of the food industry, retail math, and hospitality best practices to deliver top-tier service in diverse settings including nightclubs or fine dining environments.
