Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Manage cash handling duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change using retail math skills Assist with catering, banquet events, or nightclub service as needed to ensure seamless guest experiences Demonstrate effective time management during busy hours to serve multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high service standards Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, preferably in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure health standards are met Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously through excellent time management and organizational skills Basic math proficiency for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math calculations Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding beverage preparation techniques such as brewing or bartending fundamentals Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays as required in a lively hospitality environment Join us to be part of an energetic team where your enthusiasm makes every guest's experience extraordinary!
