Bartender

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Experience in fine dining is highly valued. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently . Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events such as banquets or catering functions. Demonstrate time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers in a high-volume environment. Stay updated on beverage trends, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes to enhance the guest experience. Qualifications Previous bartending experience is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role.
