Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and encourage repeat visits Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or small plates during busy hours or events like banquets and catering functions Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; communicate needs for restocking or ordering Handle cash transactions accurately while managing time effectively during peak hours to ensure prompt service Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings; previous retail math or food industry experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; ability to perform basic math for cash handling and sales calculations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele in a lively environment Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in hospitality settings; knowledge of brewing processes is advantageous Basic math skills for cashiering, retail math calculations, and accurate cash handling Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
