Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Assist with catering events or banquets as needed, ensuring beverage service meets our high standards. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and mixers; assist with ordering supplies as necessary. Ensure compliance with health regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and with a friendly demeanor.Requirements :
Previous experience in a bartending role within a restaurant, bar, or casual dining environment is preferred. Knowledge of cocktail preparation, brewing techniques, and beer styles is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and cash handling. Strong basic math skills for accurate cash management. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude to engage with customers effectively. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Certification in food handling or responsible beverage service is desirable but not mandatory.Benefits :
