We offer $7.25/hr not $2.13! Meaning on top of the amazing tips...you actually get a paycheck too!!! We also get fed here, every day you work gets you a $20 food credit to use for a meal. We are currently open Tuesday-Saturday meaning 2 days OFF each week, no call-ins on those days!!! We are closed for most major holidays (Mother's Day, Father's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter) Yes! You get all of those off! Duties Being on time, is a biggie here, we are a small family, you not showing up, means service suffers. Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Skytab ensuring smooth transactions. Provide friendly, attentive service to guests in both fine dining settings and lively nightclubs or banquet events. Mix and serve beverages responsibly, adhering to food safety standards and alcohol serving regulations. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently, including processing payments and giving correct change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space, following proper food handling procedures. Assist with catering events or banquet setups, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction. Use your sales skills to recommend menu items, upsell specials, and enhance the overall guest experience through excellent customer service. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is required in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and knowledge of food safety practices are essential. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales upselling, and accurate order processing.
