You will be the friendly face that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills will ensure each guest feels welcomed, valued, and satisfied. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality talents in a lively environment that celebrates culinary excellence and guest relations. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling, process payments accurately, and operate cashiering systems including OpenTable for reservations and guest management Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling procedures Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cashiering procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours while multitasking seamlessly Culinary experience or food preparation knowledge is a plus Familiarity with food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Experience with OpenTable reservations system and upselling strategies to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Previous host/hostess or serving experience in a hospitality setting is advantageous Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your passion for hospitality shines!
