Welcome each customer, take orders and serve patrons food, beer, spirits, wine, or beverages, maintaining a high level of customer service Inform customers of daily specials and answer questions as needed from customers Prepare drinks and serve food in a timely and efficient manner Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with customers throughout their visit and addressing any issues or concerns Maintain a clean and organized bar and restaurant area Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming events at Moore's to effectively communicate them to customers Understand and process orders and payments on our POS system Maintain working knowledge of each menu item, including basic ingredients, preparation and potential allergens Know and understand the fundamentals of our beers, spirits, wine list and food menu Work as a team with other staff to ensure a smooth and successful working environment Immediately report any guest concern to the owners Complete all necessary side work for each shift as described in the employee manual Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Indiana ATC server's permit & Training Certificate Must represent Moore's Bar & Grill Vision and Values Strong customer service skills, extremely dependable and friendly personality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to remain calm under pressure Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with owners, managers and co-workers at all times Ability to be a strong team player and get along well with co-workers Be physically able to lift, reach, bend, stoop, use hands lift up to 25 pounds regularly Must be available to work nights, weekends and holiday Available shifts: Current shifts available: 2-3 evenings per week, 5pm - close. (A great employee could grow into additional shifts if they wish). Moore's closes at 1:00am. After closing, it's restocking & cleaning.
