Washing and polishing glassware, ensuring an ample supply is always available. Wiping down bar surfaces, counters, and equipment. Emptying trash and recycling receptacles. Cleaning spills and other messes promptly. Maintaining the cleanliness of the back bar area, storage areas, and restrooms (if assigned). Restocking ice bins and ensuring an adequate supply of ice is always available. Replacing empty beer kegs and CO2 tanks. Restocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies. Preparing garnishes such as fruit slices, wedges, and other cocktail decorations. Ensuring that all supplies are properly stored and rotated (FIFO

• First In, First Out).

Fetching supplies for bartenders as needed. Preparing basic drink ingredients such as juices and syrups. Changing beer kegs and CO2 tanks. Assisting with opening and closing duties. Maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Adhering to all health and safety regulations. What we need from you The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg) which can also involve bending and kneeling A good grasp of reading, writing and basic math The flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol
