Bartender

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties:

Full knowledge of all Hen Kitchen products Make cocktails with precision according to recipes Make custom drinks as-needed Answer questions and make recommendations regarding food and beverages Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner Ensure accuracy of orders and address any issues or special requests Prepare bills and process payments using cash register or POS system Stock bar with all necessary items before, during, and after shift Maintain cleanliness of bar area Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales Complete all assigned opening or closing duties

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred Indiana Bartender License required Strong knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficient in cash handling procedures Familiarity with EZ Dine POS system is a plus We offer competitive pay rates and provide opportunities for career growth within our organization.
