In this role, you will craft and serve beverages with precision and flair, ensuring every guest feels valued and satisfied. Your expertise in food and beverage service, combined with your vibrant personality, will help foster a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently. Toast POS Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales of beverages and food items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering duties, processing payments accurately, and balancing registers at shift end. Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and compliance with alcohol service regulations; intervene when necessary to prevent over-serving. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, demonstrating excellent time management skills. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively while managing their orders efficiently. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and alcohol service regulations. Ability to multitask effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in environments that may include brewing or nightlife venues; previous banquet experience is a plus.
