Reports to: Stand Leaders, Managers on Duty (MOD), General Manager (GM) Bartend at one of our 9 bar locations during the 2025 Indiana State Fair (August 1-17)!
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Interact with customers in a friendly and efficient manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Check IDs to ensure legal drinking age Handle cash and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system accurately Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Follow all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications:
Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred Must be 21 or older Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment Excellent communication and people skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
