In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. Whether you're pouring cocktails or serving patrons, your enthusiasm and professionalism will elevate every guest interaction. This paid position offers an opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills while working in a fast-paced, fun environment that values teamwork and dedication. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink. Use POS system to process orders, handle cash transactions, and manage tabs with precision. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote beverage sales. Manage multiple responsibilities including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for accurate billing. Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with legal drinking age laws and responsible serving practices. Collaborate with team members during busy shifts, including catering events, banquets, or nightclub settings, to deliver seamless service. Skills Proficiency with POS systems is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Excellent customer service abilities with a positive attitude and energetic approach. Previous experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality environments is preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Experience working in nightclubs or banquet settings is a plus. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and managing tabs accurately. Familiarity with the food industry, brewing processes, catering operations, and alcohol serving regulations.
