This role is primarily focused on serving shifts, with occasional bartending shifts as needed. Strong bar knowledge and cocktail proficiency are essential. Key Responsibilities Service Responsibilities (Primary Focus): Deliver polished, attentive, and intuitive fine dining service Guide guests through Moroccan cuisine, wine pairings, and specialty cocktails Maintain expert knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens Anticipate guest needs and provide seamless, elevated hospitality Execute proper service standards including coursing, wine service, and table maintenance Collaborate with kitchen and management to ensure smooth operations Bar Responsibilities (Occasional Shifts): Prepare classic and craft cocktails with consistency and precision Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and specialty beverages Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment Uphold responsible alcohol service standards Assist in bar prep, inventory awareness, and restocking Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of fine dining serving experience preferred Bartending experience required Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation Professional, polished presentation and demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standard environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills A passion for hospitality and commitment to exceptional guest experiences Willingness to learn about Moroccan cuisine and cultural dining traditions What We Value Knowledge and continuous learning Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality A strong work ethic Attention to detail Dedication to delivering flawless service Professionalism and accountability Why Join Us?
