Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and ensure accurate cash handling throughout your shift Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices in accordance with alcohol laws and company policies Collaborate with team members to coordinate service during busy hours, special events, or banquets, including nightclub or catering functions Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or fine dining setting; banquet experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with retail math and basic math skills for handling transactions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in the food industry Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using strong time management skills Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with local laws and regulations Basic understanding of brewing techniques or beverage crafting is desirable but not required Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a hospitality environment Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service, creating lively atmospheres, and making every guest's experience unforgettable!
