The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with hotel standards and recipes. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and glassware. Check identification to verify legal drinking age of customers. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly. Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies. Stay updated on new drink recipes, trends, and techniques. Qualifications Previous experience as a bartender, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and bar equipment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Responsible alcohol service certification is a plus. Work Environment This position requires working in a fast-paced environment. The role involves standing, walking, bending, reaching and occasional lifting of 25-40 pounds.
