Bartender/Server Junction City, KS 66441 From $8 an hour - Part-time From $8 an hour - Part-time We are seeking an experienced bartender who is organized, personable, and excited to create a welcoming, elevated guest experience through thoughtful service and drink preparation.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age Availability during Flint & Vine operating days (Tuesday-Saturday); individual schedules will vary Ability to work approximately 10-15 hours per week in the afternoon/evening Pay based on experience, with opportunity for increases as skills develop Previous bartending experience required Strong customer service skills and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Interest in wine and willingness to learn about Kansas wines and menu offerings (training provided).
