Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the heart of the bar experience, creating memorable moments for guests through exceptional service, expertly crafted drinks, and a lively atmosphere. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to provide excellent customer service and enhance their overall experience. Manage cash handling and POS transactions efficiently using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate billing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies in accordance with food safety standards. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adhere to all alcohol service regulations. Assist with food service when needed, including serving food items at bars or during catering events like banquets or private parties. Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple tables or bar stations effectively through strong time management skills. Skills Proven experience in food and beverage service, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly and genuinely. Effective time management skills to handle high-volume periods smoothly without compromising quality. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing. Familiarity with food safety practices, proper food handling techniques, and alcohol serving regulations. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event days such as catering functions or large banquets.
