Bartender

Position Summary Bartenders are responsible for crafting exceptional beverages, providing outstanding customer service, and creating a welcoming, fun environment for guests. They are knowledgeable about beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options, and take pride in representing the brand with professionalism and personality. Key Responsibilities Greet guests and take drink and food orders in a friendly, timely manner. Prepare, mix, and serve beverages to company standards and recipes. Maintain in-depth knowledge of house beers, specialty cocktails, wine, and spirits. Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance. Handle cash and operate the POS system accurately. Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times. Engage with guests to create a fun, memorable experience. Assist servers, support staff, and other team members during high-volume shifts. Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. Qualifications & Skills Previous bartending or barback experience preferred, but training available for the right candidate. Strong knowledge of craft beer and cocktails is a plus.
