ABOUT THE CLUBHOUSE

The Mammoth Clubhouse is Wichita's newest obsession. We're part competitive playground, part neighborhood hangout, and entirely unlike anything Wichita has seen before. Pure Putt, Flight Deck, a self-pour beer wall, and elevated food, all under one roof and all turned up. No spectators. No sidelines. Everyone plays. We believe elite isn't exclusive, competition is community, and a great time starts with a great pour and a plate worth coming back for. This is not your average sports bar. This is the place Wichita didn't know it needed, and now can't stop talking about.

THE ROLE

The Barback is the reason the bar never misses a shot during the game. You keep the bartenders stocked, the bar clean, and the operation running without interruption. When the bar is busy, your job is to make sure no one behind it ever has to stop and look for something. This role is the foundation of a great bar experience. Bartenders perform because of you. Guests get their drinks on time because of you. The bar runs because of you.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Stock and replenish the bar continuously throughout the shift: liquor, beer, wine, glassware, ice, garnishes, and supplies. The bar should never run out of anything on your watch.

Support the self-pour beer wall:

monitor tap levels, flag low kegs, assist with keg changes, and keep the wall clean and guest-ready at all times. Maintain a clean and organized bar: wipe surfaces, clear glassware, empty trash, and keep every inch of the bar held to the Clubhouse standard throughout the shift.

Assist bartenders with prep:

cutting garnishes, stocking wells, preparing mix-ins, and anticipating needs before they have to ask. Communicate with bartenders and the floor team in real time on stock levels, timing, and anything that could slow the bar down. Complete opening and closing duties as assigned and leave the bar fully set for the next team.

WHAT YOU BRING 21

years of age or older. Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred. We will train the right teammate. Must be able to obtain or currently hold applicable state alcohol service certification. Ability to move quickly, lift heavy items, and stay organized in a high-volume environment. Strong communicator who keeps the bartenders informed and the bar stocked without being asked twice. A team-first attitude and genuine pride in keeping the operation running smoothly. Reliable, punctual, and accountable. Flexible schedule. Nights, weekends, and holidays are part of the game.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Significant standing and walking throughout each shift. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, including kegs and cases. Exposure to bar and kitchen environments including heat, noise, and commercial equipment. Wet and slippery surfaces are common. Slip-resistant footwear required. Facility has intermittent noise.

Pay:

$12.00 - $18.00 per hour
