Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, professional Fine Dining Room Server to provide members and their guests with the highest level of service. The ideal candidate will have a refined palate, an appreciation for fine dining, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, upscale environment. Friday and Saturday shifts are a must. Current Dining room hours are Friday and Saturday from 5:00pm-10:00pm (kitchen closes at 9:00pm). Future plans are to expand Tuesday through Saturday. We can offer cross training to assist with additional hours. Great place if you're looking for a 2nd job.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations based on the menu and wine list Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages, adhering to the highest standards of presentation Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings Provide attentive, personalized service throughout the dining experience, anticipating our member's needs Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and care Uphold cleanliness and organization in the dining room, adhering to health and safety regulations Assist with setting up, clearing, and resetting tables as needed Support team members to ensure the overall success of the restaurant Must have bartending experience Must be over 21

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Positive, professional demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional service Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends.
